1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the ZorbitBot website, accounts and software (the "Service") operated by the ZorbitBot team. By creating an account, activating a license key or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the Service. Questions? Write to [email protected].
2. What ZorbitBot is
ZorbitBot is an automation add-on for OTClient-based game clients. You are solely responsible for how and where you use it. ZorbitBot is an independent community project — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to CipSoft GmbH. "Tibia" is a trademark of CipSoft GmbH.
3. Accounts and security
- One person may hold one account. You must provide a valid e-mail address that you control.
- Accounts must be confirmed by e-mail before they can be used. Password changes and resets are also confirmed by e-mail.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account, including activity on the computer bound to it.
- An account is bound to one computer at a time (hardware fingerprint). Moving to a new computer may require a hardware reset.
4. License keys
- License keys are time-limited: the countdown starts at the moment of activation, not at purchase.
- A key binds to the account that activates it and to one computer (hardware fingerprint). Keys are personal and must not be shared, resold, leased or transferred.
- Keys are obtained only through official channels — this website or resellers designated by us. Keys from other sources may be blocked without compensation.
- We may block or revoke a key that was obtained fraudulently, shared publicly, or used in violation of these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, sell, lease or publicly distribute your account, license keys or session data;
- attempt to bypass, crack, reverse engineer or interfere with licensing, hardware binding, security mechanisms or the Service's servers;
- abuse, overload or automate access to our website or API in a way that degrades it for others;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm us, our users or third parties.
6. Enforcement
If you violate these Terms we may, at our discretion: warn you, suspend or ban your account, block associated license keys, or delete your account. Serious violations — fraud, payment abuse, cracking or distribution of our software — may result in a permanent ban without refund.
7. Payments and refunds
License keys are digital goods delivered through official channels immediately after purchase or activation. Because access is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us first — we always try to resolve issues fairly.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, limit or remove features at any time. We regularly release updates; older versions of the software may stop working when a minimum supported version is required. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZorbitBot is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including game account bans, loss of in-game items or progress, lost profits or data loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes will be announced on the website. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
